How to crop shipping labels online
1. Upload your shipping PDFs
Add one or several original PDFs. Labels from every file are automatically combined into one batch. Your PDFs are processed locally in this browser.
2. Review and organise labels
Check the crop preview, choose Only Label or four labels per A4 sheet, and group by SKU or shipping partner. Multiple-quantity orders can stay at the end.
3. Download and print
Download labels as a combined PDF. Download detected invoices separately if needed. Review a sample print to check addresses and complete barcodes.

How large can my PDF batch be?
Add up to 1 GB total across 100 PDF files, with at most 1,000 pages per batch. Processing uses your device memory, so a desktop browser is best for large files. Use Cancel processing to stop safely, and split a large batch if your device struggles.
Can I crop smaller Shadowfax exchange labels?
Recognised label-only pages are trimmed to their printed content, including smaller exchange labels. Review the address, barcode and product details before downloading. If recognition fails, use Adjust selection to keep the complete label.
Can I group Valmo and Shadowfax labels separately?
Enable Group by shipping partner to collect recognised courier names together. SKU grouping can sort labels within each courier. When Multiple-quantity orders last is enabled, those orders move to the end of the entire batch.
Does this remove the GST invoice automatically?
Yes, for recognised layouts with a readable invoice heading below the shipping label. Separate invoice pages are placed in the invoice download. Unrecognised pages are flagged for review before export.
Can I download the invoices separately?
Yes. When invoice content is present in the visible source pages, you get a separate invoices PDF alongside your labels. Already cropped files may no longer contain a complete invoice.
Are my shipping PDFs uploaded anywhere?
No. PDF processing happens in your browser. Files are kept in this tab’s memory and cleared when you remove them or close the tab.
Which marketplaces can I choose?
Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Snapdeal, Shopify and Other. Automatic recognition depends on the PDF layout, not just the marketplace name. Meesho sample layouts have been tested; check unfamiliar layouts in the preview.
